Body Positivity, Loving You

Good Day everyone! Yesterday and a couple of days ago I finally accepted my body for what it is. After a couple of years of not loving myself I decided to stop.

You only got one body and you gotta love your body. All body types most be celebrated. I've been you-tubing many body positive videos. Where plus size women celebrate their curves. To me that is a beautiful thing. Being fat shouldn't be shamed. What should be shamed are people who put others down because of the size of their body.

Your body is just a vessel that holds your soul. It's not the only thing that defines you. What truly defines you is what is in your heart. Be kind to others as you don't know what that person is going through in their life.

For example, I've been through a lot in my life. Somethings I rather forget such as getting raped and being molested as a child and as a young adult. I suppose if I was an emotional eater I would of put on a lot of weight during that time of my life. For Sure!

Definitely getting raped and being molested have changed my life forever. It have changed my life by making me not trust man and getting into tons of bad relationships. The reason for that is I didn't get the help I needed. At that time I just dealt with it. If you've been raped please get the help that you need. It never goes away! Click here for help!

I just shared a very personal event of my life OMG. I guess we are family now (Lol softly). But seriously I hope you know I'm very honest and up front. I want to tell my story so that I can help someone.

I'm telling you this body acceptance story because I want you to love your body too. Too much of self hating going around here. Plastic surgery is becoming too common. I'm starting a body loving crusade care to join me?

My other blog is  built on the idea if you love your body then you will take care of it. I want you to take care of your body. I try to take good care of my body. Yes I admit I eat junk food but I also eat healthy food. I try to exercise at least 6 days a week. I balance everything out. I think that is the key to having a healthy body. For instance if you eat a very fattening meal make sure you work out very hard to counteract the fat build up in your body.

Work hard on your body. You deserve the best body that you can create. Create the best you! You don't have to be perfect! You are perfect in your own imperfections. I hope this article have inspire you to love your body no mater what. Make your body your business and no business of others.
